Naturally African Platform is a Pan African Forum that links research, information and policy geared towards promoting opportunities for small-scale African producers. The forum provides leverage for small-scale producers, processors, marketers, exporters and regulators to work together and improve their livelihood. The platform gives priority to business development by creation of new market opportunities, equitable returns to producers, impact networking and development of international standards.
The activities leading to the conceptualization of the platform started as part of the Trees and Markets Theme at the World Agroforestry Center. The platform has its operations at the World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF) in Gigiri Nairobi.
